(1) Educational institutions that have received a letter of intent at the time of commencement of this regulation or have received a letter of intent in accordance with rule 6 shall renew their letter of intent by the end of June every year.
(2) Renewal of Letter of Intent shall be as mentioned in Schedule-2.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, educational institutions that have been recommended for affiliation but have not renewed their letter of intent shall renew their letter of intent in accordance with this regulation within three months from the date of commencement of this regulation.
(4) A letter of intent not renewed in accordance with this rule shall automatically be cancelled.
